Description:

이 입자는 균질 화학발광 면역분석을 위해 설계되었으며, 기증자 microspheres에는 감광성 염료가 포함되어 있고 수용자 microspheres에는 발광성 염료가 포함되어 있습니다. microspheres 표면은 특정 항체와 개별적으로 가교 결합됩니다. 테스트할 혼합물과 함께 배양한 후, 두 항체는 항원과 이중 항-샌드위치 면역 복합체를 형성하여 두 마이크로구 사이의 간격을 200nm 이내로 유지합니다. donor microsphere를 사용하면 주변 산소가 여기된 단일 산소로 변환되어 200nm 이내의 acceptor microsphere로 확산되어 680nm에서 여기될 때 615nm에서 안정적이고 효율적인 광 신호를 생성할 수 있습니다.
